All orders are processed within 1 working day of transaction being completed.

Cancelling Or Changing An Order

If you would like to change or cancel your order please contact us immediately on 028 3753 0756 or email info@srsrugs.com  If your order has not been dispatched, we will arrange a refund or make a change to the order.

If you need to change your delivery details, contact us immediately on 028 3753 0756 or email info@srsrugs.com  If the order has not been dispatched we will ensure the delivery details are changed to the details that have been requested.   Please have your order number ready to quote.

If your order has already been dispatched before a cancellation or exchange request was put in, you will need to follow our returns information.


We do not accept offers for exchanging orders online.  If you are in receipt of an unwanted order, please follow our returns procedure below.

Tracking Order

Once your order is dispatched we will email you all tracking information so you can track your order.   If you receive no tracking information, please contact us and we will try our best to assist you with any information.

Missing, Damaged Or Incomplete 

If you have not received your order after a week of despatch or if you have received part of your order or received a damaged order, please contact us immediately and our team will assist you with your inquiry.



All unwanted item returns must be returned within 30 days of time of delivery, in the same condition as received and in proper protective packaging to protect the item on its way back.  All items are inspected by our team before refunds are issued.  

Please have an order number or your name attached to the parcel or inside the parcel, as this makes it easier for identifying who the return is from and a refund can be processed quicker.
